Privacy Policy
RE Frame is the everyday operating system for real-estate agents, operated by Reframe Lab (“Reframe Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: your data stays yours — we use it to do your work for you, we never sell it, and you can disconnect or delete it at any time.
1. Who we are
RE Frame is a software product operated by Reframe Lab. RE Frame is built on the MIND knowledge-graph platform, which provides the secure storage and reasoning layer behind the product. You can reach us at any time at support@reframelab.ai.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what RE Frame needs to be useful to you:
- Account information — your name and email address, used to create and secure your account and to sign you in (including via Google Sign-In, if you choose it).
- Contacts you bring — the people in your database, whether imported from a CSV (e.g. Compass, KW Command, kvCORE, Follow Up Boss) or synced from a connected account, along with the notes, history, and details you add.
- Connected Google data — if you connect Google, the calendar, email, and Drive data described in Section 4. This is optional and only accessed after you explicitly grant permission.
- Content you create — messages, drafts, tasks, and notes you produce in RE Frame, and writing samples used to learn your voice so drafts sound like you.
- Usage and device data — basic logs (e.g. actions taken, timestamps, browser/device type, IP address) used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to deliver the core promise of RE Frame — surface the one thing that matters and handle it in your voice:
- Show you the next best action across your day and your relationships.
- Reconnect quiet contacts and draft outreach in your voice — which you review and approve before anything is sent.
- Read who you're about to meet so you walk in prepared, including relationship context and communication-style (DISC) reads.
- Keep your contact database current and organized.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
We do not use your Google user data, your contacts, or your communications for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.
4. Google user data — what we access and why
RE Frame's Google integration is optional. If you connect your Google account, you will be shown Google's permission screen and asked to approve the specific access below. We request the minimum scopes needed for the features you use:

RE Frame's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically: we only use Google user data to provide and improve the user-facing features described above; we do not transfer or sell it to third parties except as needed to provide those features, for security, or to comply with law; we do not use it for advertising; and no humans read your Google data except where you give explicit permission, where required for security or to comply with law, or in aggregated/anonymized form for internal operations.
You can revoke RE Frame's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions, or by disconnecting the integration inside RE Frame.
5. AI processing
To draft messages, summarize conversations, and generate insights, relevant content may be processed by trusted third-party AI model providers acting as our service providers. They process this content only to perform that task for you and are contractually prohibited from using it to train their general models or for any other purpose. We minimize what is sent to only what the feature requires.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers (e.g. cloud hosting, the MIND platform, AI model providers) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- When you direct us to — for example, sending an email you've approved.
- For legal reasons — to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the public.
- In a business transfer — if Reframe Lab is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you and continued protection of your data.
7. Data retention & deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete specific content in-app at any time. To delete your account and associated data, disconnect any integrations and email support@reframelab.ai — we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to comply with law.
8. Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices. OAuth tokens for connected accounts are stored encrypted and used only to provide the features you've enabled. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.
9. Your rights & choices
- Access, correct, export, or delete your personal data.
- Disconnect any integration, and revoke Google access via your Google permissions.
- Opt out of non-essential communications.
Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/UK or California), you may have additional rights. To exercise any of these, contact support@reframelab.ai.
10. Children
RE Frame is a professional tool intended for real-estate agents and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of RE Frame after an update means you accept the revised policy.
