Terms of Use

1. The service

RE Frame is software that helps real-estate agents manage relationships and daily work — surfacing the next best action, reconnecting contacts, preparing you for meetings, and drafting communications in your voice. RE Frame is built on the MIND platform. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the product.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly at support@reframelab.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Your data & content

You own your data. The contacts, messages, notes, and other content you bring to or create in RE Frame remain yours. You grant Reframe Lab a limited license to store, process, and use that content solely to operate and provide the service to you — for example, to generate drafts, surface insights, and keep your database current. We will not sell your data. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use the contact and communication data you bring into RE Frame, and for using it in compliance with applicable laws (including anti-spam, telemarketing, and privacy laws).

5. Acceptable use

When using RE Frame, you agree not to:

• Send spam or unlawful communications, or violate anti-spam or do-not-contact rules.
• Upload data you don't have the right to use, or infringe anyone's rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use RE Frame to build a competing product, or resell it without our written permission.
• Use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purpose.

6. Third-party services

RE Frame connects to third-party services you choose to link — such as Google (Calendar, Gmail, Drive), email providers, and CRM exports. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and your connection is subject to the permissions you grant. We're not responsible for third-party services, and they may change or limit their access in ways outside our control. You can disconnect any integration at any time.

7. Availability & changes

We work to keep RE Frame reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

8. Disclaimers

RE Frame is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. RE Frame does not provide legal, financial, or real-estate brokerage advice, and AI outputs are suggestions, not professional advice. You remain responsible for your professional decisions and your compliance with real-estate laws and your brokerage's rules.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reframe Lab and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reframe Lab from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using RE Frame and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. data ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in New York will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the service, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of RE Frame after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
